Red Skies ECO

Jets everybody!

Hopefully I can colour this in on the weekend. 

The ECO (Eurasian Cooperation Organization) is a collection of ten Eurasian, East Asian and South East Asian nations, with shared economic and defense interests. It is the successor to the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization), which split in the 2040's. China renamed it to the ECO, fearing the original name displayed too much blatant Chinese control over the alliance. 

Its aircraft are a mix of Russian aircraft and homegrown designs based off stolen Russian, EU and US tech. As such, while its aircraft are capable, the capacity and technical know how to upgrade them is rather lacking. 

The Mig-49 is the spiritual successor the Mig-25. A performance focused jet, it is the first ZP system jet to come from the East. While it can't quite keep up with the CF-205 and F-58, it costs significantly less and can maneuver better than its interceptor counterparts. Also a decent bit rugged to. All around top notch Russian fighter.

The J-29 is a Chinese fighter which was heavily based off the American F-24. Like the American jet it is based on, she isn't stealthy in the slightest, but with its large weapons bay combined with plenty a weapon pods, she can stay in the battle far longer than most enemy jets. Not as maneuverable as the Warspite but certainly a better punch.

The J-36 is heavily based off a Russian attack plane (I have yet to draw, you'll see it when I get to Russia and CRRF). While less reliable and electronically advanced, the J-36 is a rocket spewing aerial tank in its own right. And the 32mm gun doesn't hurt either...
